KA220 award criteria
Analysis of the award criteria and how to evaluate your proposal before submission, through hypothetical scenarios and comprehension questions.
Application questions analysis
Analysis of all KA220 application questions with a suggested answer structure and content, in line with the award criteria.
Work packages (WPs)
Group practice on basic schematic development of work packages (Work Plan) and activity design within a package.
Documented impact
Practice in evidence-based impact writing - how to prove that your project's results will make a difference.
Complete application
Group practice on matching application questions to correct answers in the context of a hypothetical scenario.
After the seminar, you will be able to:
Understand the framework and logic of Key Action 2
Think as an evaluator and know the KA220 criteria
Design complete Work Packages (WPs)
Document your project's impact with compelling arguments
Write a complete KA220 application with real chances of funding
How we work together
The seminar combines theoretical presentations with hands-on group practice, using breakout rooms on Zoom.
Theoretical framework of Key Action 2 and the KA220 application
Presentation of the theoretical framework of Key Action 2, with a focus on the KA220 application (Cooperation Partnerships). Consolidation through hypothetical right/wrong examples and comprehension questions.
KA220 award criteria
Analysis of the award criteria, with examples, comprehension exercises and clear links to the application questions.
Answer structure and work packages
Group work in breakout rooms. Matching application questions to correct answers, with emphasis on innovation, the cross-sectoral application of results and European added value. Basic schematic development of work packages (Work Plan) and activity design within a package of a hypothetical project.
Documented impact and synthesis
Group work in breakout rooms. Synthesis of evidence-based impact answers based on hypothetical application scenarios. Group presentations, feedback and seminar closing.
