Organisation validation, your Erasmus Plan, KA121 projects, activities, participants and budget are linked and accessible in one place. Each KA121 project follows 12 administrative stages, with automatic deadline reminders.
Prepare reports using your data
Upload your Grant Agreement, accreditation application and documents for the annual cycle, and artificial intelligence fills in the year, duration, objectives, activities and budget. It prepares draft answers for Final Reports and the Accreditation Progress Report using data from your projects.
Gather documentation for checks
The application generates a file containing the activity data for a KA121 project for checks by the National Agency, and uses the findings of each check to guide you through subsequent cycles.

Review of Erasmus+ applications before submission
e+ Application Review helps you check and improve your completed application before you submit it.
The application draws on the experience of the founder of Inkludio Training, who has assessed KA1 and KA2 applications for National Agencies in European countries since 2020: it reads your application using the criteria, scoring scale and approach an assessor uses. Artificial intelligence applies this method to each of your answers and supports every score with specific evidence from your text.
How to review your application
Receive a justified score for each criterion
The tool assigns a score to each award criterion for the relevant action. For every score, it explains which elements of your application support it and which gaps it identifies.
Receive suggestions to improve each answer
For each question in your application, the tool examines the answer you have written. It explains which points meet the award criteria, which need correction or further detail, and how to revise the content of your answer. You then use these suggestions to edit your answers yourself before submission.
The application’s score is an estimate intended to help you improve your application and does not replace the official assessment. The responsible Erasmus+ programme body decides whether to approve the application. For funding applications, the decision also depends on the ranking and the available budget.

Review of Erasmus+ reports before submission
e+ Reports Review helps you check and improve the report of an approved project before you submit it: the KA122 project Final Report or the Accreditation Progress Report.
The KA122 Final Report checks whether what was approved in the application was implemented with quality. The Accreditation Progress Report is submitted once every five years and assesses all completed KA121 projects. The tool reads your report using the criteria and approach an assessor uses, drawing on the experience of the founder of Inkludio Training, who has assessed KA1 and KA2 applications and reports for National Agencies in European countries since 2020, and supports every score with specific evidence from your text.
