How Inkludio Training was born

Many organisations and institutions in the fields of education, training, youth and sport have strong ideas and real needs. Often, however, they lack the time, the necessary expertise, the right tools or specialised support to turn them into proposals with a clear focus, internal coherence and a realistic implementation plan, capable of meeting the requirements of European evaluation.

As a result, opportunities are lost, pressure grows on the teams responsible for planning and writing, or applications are submitted that do not fully reflect the quality of their work and the real value of their organisations. Even after approval, implementation often proceeds without systematic organisation, without digital records of supporting evidence and without a clear picture of what has been completed. This can later affect the organisation’s ability to respond to audits and prepare reports for the National Agencies.

Inkludio Training was created to address precisely this gap. It stands alongside organisations at every stage of a European project, from the initial idea and application writing through to implementation, quality assurance and dissemination of results. It trains teachers and staff so that knowledge takes root within the organisation. And it develops digital tools powered by artificial intelligence, applications for managing European projects and specialist tools for education that make everyday work straightforward, traceable and accessible to every team. These three areas complement one another and can be used individually or in combination.
