From academic research to the founding of Inkludio Training
Aristotle University of Thessaloniki
Research associate in interdisciplinary educational programmes, in collaboration with the Pedagogical Institute and other public and private bodies.
Ministry of Education
Responsible for the educational and creative design of language-teaching textbooks for Secondary Education, within the EPEAEK framework. First introduction of photography education in Greek school textbooks.
2nd Experimental Primary School of Agios Pavlos, Thessaloniki
Part-time IT Teacher, upon invitation by the Pedagogical Institute.
Centre for Social Research, Municipality of Kordelio
Trainer in professional development seminars for Primary Education teachers on ICT use and educational material production.
MLS Innovation Inc.
Senior Project Coordinator for the creation of the first e-school in Greece, providing educational services to students and parents.
De La Salle College, Thessaloniki
Primary school teacher and coordinator of European educational programmes. First systematic engagement with the European funding and cooperation framework.
American Farm School, Thessaloniki
First Principal of the School's newly established Primary School. Designed the experiential educational programme, the Activities Zone, the STEM Academy, and implemented the Apple 1-to-1 innovation. From 2014, also coordinated Pre-Primary and Primary Education across the institution.

Director of Pre-Primary and Primary Education, responsible for the unified pedagogical design across all levels.
State Scholarships Foundation, Erasmus+ National Agency
Started as Project Manager in the School Education Sector of Key Action 2 (KA2). From April 2021, appointed Coordinator of the School Education Sector for the same action. Also served as TCA Officer of the National Agency (2021–2023) and as National Contact Point for the European Commission's European Innovative Teaching Award (2021–2023).
European Erasmus+ National Agencies
Evaluator and expert assessor of applications for Key Actions 1 and 2 of the programme, at national and European level.
Pierce, The American College of Greece
Senior Educational Consultant for the design of the new Kindergarten and Primary School units, with emphasis on experiential learning, STE(A)M, environmental education, and learning space design.
Founding of Inkludio Training
Establishment of Inkludio Training Single-Member P.C., specialising in consulting and training educators and organisations on European funding programmes and strategic planning, the design and development of educational materials, and interdisciplinary research.
Co-founding of Inkludia
Co-founding of Inkludia, a non-profit organisation active in education, training, youth, and sport, with a focus on people with fewer opportunities.
Plus Decoded Podcast
Creation and presentation of the Plus Decoded podcast, dedicated to decoding Erasmus+ and European funding programmes.
