Course & enrolment essentials
1. Provider information
This course is offered by Inkludio Training Single Member P.C., as detailed above.
2. Personal data and privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these conditions. By registering, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Notice.
3. Course format and schedule
The course is delivered over six (6) training days, according to the daily breakdown you will receive after your Course Confirmation Document is issued.
Most sessions run 09:00–17:00 (including breaks). The course may include a cultural activity. If a cultural activity is scheduled, participants will be informed through the course programme, which will also indicate whether it is included in the course price or involves an additional cost.
The definitive schedule is shared 6 weeks before the course start date. Minor adjustments may occur to reflect group needs and trainer-led timing, while maintaining the course objectives and learning outcomes.
4. Minimum participants & confirmation
If the course does not reach the minimum number of participants, it will not be delivered. Payment is requested only after the minimum number of participants is confirmed and your seat can be confirmed.
We recommend not booking travel or accommodation until you receive your Course Confirmation Document.
5. Attendance, completion & certificate
- Participants who attend at least 80% of the course (verified via attendance sheets) are eligible for a certificate.
- This is a completion-based course: participants must complete the A+I Action Plan (a reflective planning task designed as part of the course methodology) to receive the Certificate of Completion.
- Certificates are issued only after full payment has been received.
6. Language level and suitability
The course is delivered in English. The recommended minimum level is B2 (CEFR).

Participation & wellbeing
7. Participation rules and etiquette
- The course is for adults (18+).
- Participants may not bring partners or children to lessons or to the training venue.
- Inappropriate language or behaviour will not be tolerated. In such cases, the participant will first receive a verbal or written warning. If the behaviour persists after the warning, we reserve the right to remove the participant from the course. Where applicable, the participant's sending organisation may be informed.
- In case of removal for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be issued.
We may implement any reasonable health and safety measures needed to protect participants and staff.
8. Cultural activity (if applicable)
If a cultural activity is included in the course programme, details (including its nature, physical requirements and any associated risks) will be communicated to participants in advance through the course programme or the practical information pack.
9. Trainer absence due to illness
In the event of trainer illness, we will take reasonable steps to ensure continuity, which may include:
- Replacement by another qualified trainer (where available)
- Schedule adjustments
- Compensatory sessions (including online tutoring or extended hours on remaining days)
Participants will be informed as soon as possible of any changes.
14. Insurance and liability
- Participants must have valid travel/health insurance for the full duration of the course.
- Participants are responsible for any damage caused to the training venue or property.
- Inkludio Training is not liable for loss of personal belongings on the premises, except where such loss is caused by the provider's wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Payments, cancellations & terms
10. Payment terms
Payment methods
- Bank transfer — Direct transfer to one of our designated bank accounts (details provided in your Course Confirmation Document).
- Credit / Debit card (online) — Secure payment via Stripe. After your enrolment is confirmed, you will receive a personal payment link to complete the transaction online.
All transactions are processed securely. Card payments are handled by Stripe and Inkludio Training does not store any card details.
Payment is due within 7 calendar days from the date of the Course Confirmation Document, and in any event no later than 21 calendar days before Day 1 (whichever is earlier), unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
If payment is not received within the deadline and no communication is provided, we reserve the right to cancel the enrolment and release the seat.
11. Cancellations, substitution & visa
Cancellations
Cancellations must be notified by email to [email protected].
Cancellation fees
If you cancel your participation, the following applies:
More than 4 weeks before start
30% of the course fee is retained.
Within last 4 weeks before start
100% of the course fee is retained.
The amounts retained reflect the actual administrative costs incurred (including course preparation, material allocation, and seat reservation) and the difficulty of filling the seat at that stage. If the seat is filled by another participant following a cancellation made more than 4 weeks before the start date, the fee retained may be reduced accordingly upon request.
Late arrivals, early departures, or absence for personal reasons do not qualify for any refund. Any refund (where applicable) is processed within 14 days, minus any non-refundable bank/transaction fees.
Participant substitution
You may replace the registered participant with another colleague at no extra cost, provided you inform us in advance and submit the substitute participant's full details for registration and certification purposes. Substitution requests should be submitted no later than 2 working days before Day 1.
Visa refusal
If a participant cannot attend because a visa application is refused, we can consider the request only if the participant provides an official written refusal issued by the competent authority, clearly stating the reason for the refusal. Without this document, the standard cancellation conditions apply.
Where a valid visa refusal document is provided, we will consider a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the timing of the notification and any costs already incurred.
12. Cancellation by the provider
If Inkludio Training cancels the course, any fees paid will be refunded in full.
Please note that Inkludio Training cannot reimburse travel, accommodation or other costs arranged by participants.
13. Complaints
Any complaint regarding the course or services can be reported to the trainer or by email to [email protected]. We will review complaints and respond as promptly as possible.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Greek law. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts in Greece, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules regarding jurisdiction (including Article 18 of Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012).
